Welcome to Muffer, operated by Devaxtrous Studios LLP ("Muffer," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, muffer.in, and related services.

Campaign Offers — Freedom Sale 2026

One offer is on sale: the Freedom Sale 3-Pack. These terms apply to it, on top of the standard terms on this page — plus the clause below covering credits from the withdrawn ₹499 token. All prices are GST-inclusive. Add your GSTIN at checkout for a compliant GST invoice (ITC-claimable).

The one guarantee (all offers): Not happy with your first delivery? We revise it within the brief until you are — or your money back. A revision fixes a miss against the written brief; new direction, new assets, or brief changes are a new order, quoted before work starts. One guarantee claim per customer, first order only. A refunded order returns no usable file.

Turnaround clock: the TAT clock starts when complete footage and brief(s) land, not at payment. Working hours are Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST; Sundays and national holidays are excluded from TAT counting.

Refund mechanics: refunds go to the source payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay; gateway fees are absorbed by us.

₹499 Double-Credit Token (withdrawn — these terms cover credits already issued): the token is no longer sold. If you bought one, nothing changes: your ₹499 off any order of ₹1,590+ still stands until 31 Aug, and your second ₹499 credit still applies to your next order within 60 days of your first delivery — if we can't take your order before a credit expires, you get your ₹499 back. Credits are single-use, don't stack with other coupons, one credit per order.

Freedom Sale 3-Pack — ₹4,290 (₹1,430 per edit): three edit credits, billed once. Each credit buys one edit with exactly the Standard entry scope — up to 35 seconds finished, 9:16 vertical, 2 revisions within the written brief per edit. Unlike a single-shoot bundle, the three edits are independent: separate footage, separate briefs, sent whenever you like. Credits are valid 60 days from purchase; unused credits convert to site credit valid 12 months. First draft on each edit within the turnaround shown for its tier, counted from when that edit's footage and brief land. Extra formats (1:1 / 16:9) are ₹150 per format per edit. Anchor stated honestly: three singles at ₹1,590come to ₹4,770, so the pack saves ₹480 — there is no struck-through “original” price beyond that arithmetic. Order window to 31 Aug 2026.

EditMax Rate Card — Standard & Premium

EditMax is sold as two tiers, Standard and Premium, each priced at fixed lengths — not a per-second meter. The price for the length you pick is shown before you pay, with no separate minimum-charge calculation. Delivery lands within 5 seconds of the ordered length; any overage is on us and is never auto-billed. Want it longer after delivery? The next length up can be purchased at that length's listed price. The tier reflects the scope and judgment involved, not what your footage is made from — Premium covers custom sound design, heavier workflows, and multiple clips woven into one cut; tell us what you have and want, and it's handled end to end. Rates are reviewed quarterly.

Named products: the products on muffer.in/services are one-click presets on this rate card, each priced at its own fixed length, shown before you pay.

Packs: a pack is 3 prepaid edits at the entry length of the tier printed on the pack — Standard: 35s each · Premium: 60s each — valid 12 months from purchase, usable on any videos and briefs. Pack savings are shown in rupees against that tier's own single-edit price at the same length. Coupons don't stack on packs beyond their own terms.

The First Cut (first order): your first paid rate-card order includes a free cover/thumbnail (listed ₹675) and, on Premium orders, a free platform variant (listed ₹150) and a free editor's-cut hook variant (listed ₹500). The hook variant is our editor's call — it doesn't take briefing notes and isn't covered by revision rounds. Bonus values are the same prices those add-ons are sold at.

Founding 100: the first 100 rate-card customers lock the list rates in effect at their first order for 12 months, plus priority queueing. The counter shown on pricing pages is a live count of real paid orders. The lock covers list rates only — not add-ons, packs, or preset flat prices. One membership per customer.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use Muffer services for personal content creation such as YouTube or streaming platforms. For users under 18, parental or guardian consent is mandatory. Commercial and broader creative services require users to be at least 18 years of age.

Account Registration

To access certain services, you must register an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

Services Provided

Muffer provides creative services, including but not limited to video editing, graphic design, content creation, branding, voice-overs, animation, and marketing materials.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are shown inclusive of GST, listed transparently on the website, and collected upfront through secure third-party payment gateways. Prices and service packages are subject to periodic review and updates, clearly communicated on the website.

Our guarantee: revise to your brief, or your money back. We revise the work to the brief you provided; if we cannot deliver it within that brief, you may request a refund. The "first draft in 48 working hours" figure for EditMax is a turnaround service level (working days only), not a separate money-back promise. Full details are on our Refunds page, and the turnaround and revision terms for your order are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Your Privacy

Your use of Muffer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, the analytics and advertising technologies we use (only with your consent), and your rights.

Delivery and Revisions

We deliver first drafts within the turnaround shown for your product (EditMax: 48 hours; AdMax & ContentMax: 100 working hours — working days only, the clock pauses on weekends). Your package includes a set number of revision rounds (typically two) within the originally agreed-upon project scope. Exact turnaround and revision terms for your order are confirmed at checkout.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership and intellectual property rights for delivered creative content. Muffer retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or promotional materials unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client.

Disruption of the Service

You may not:

• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, Muffer's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Muffer's providers.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or circumvent any security measure.
• Access or search the Service by any means other than Muffer's publicly supported interfaces (e.g., "scraping").
• Interfere with or disrupt, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt, our infrastructure or the access of any user, host or network.
• Prompt or otherwise attempt to use artificial intelligence (AI) models in a manner that violates these Terms or intentionally circumvents safety filters and functionality of the Service.

Misuse of the Service

You may not use the Service to carry out, promote, or support:

• Disinformation, deception, or otherwise fraudulent activities.
• Impersonation of another person or entity or misrepresentation of affiliation with a person or entity.
• Activities that are defamatory, libelous, threatening, constitute hate speech, harassment, or stalking.
• Violation of any law or the rights of others, including unlawful tracking, monitoring, or sharing confidential information without explicit authorization.
• Harm or abuse of minors, including grooming or child sexual exploitation.
• Sending unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.
• Publishing or sharing malicious content.
• Promotion or advertisement of unauthorized products or services.
• Development of services competing with Muffer.

User Content

You may not post or otherwise make use of the Service to share content that:

• Is deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, obscene, defamatory, disparaging, libelous, threatening, or pornographic (including child pornography).
• Misrepresents content generated by AI as human-generated.
• Discriminates against individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or medical conditions.
• Contains personal information of minors under 16.
• Contains sensitive personal information without prior written consent from Muffer.
• Includes viruses, bots, worms, or similar harmful materials.
• Contains information you do not have the legal right to disclose.
• Could damage Muffer or third parties.

Artificial Intelligence

If you use AI or machine learning features provided by Muffer, you agree to:

• Implement appropriate human oversight and safeguards.
• Remain responsible for decisions and actions based on AI outputs.
• Provide information about your intended AI use upon request.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and appropriateness.

Termination

Muffer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform and services due to violation of these terms, improper conduct, or other harmful activities. Users may terminate their accounts through their account settings or by contacting support directly.

Limitation of Liability

Muffer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Liability, in any event, is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service provided.

Third-Party Links

Our platform may include links to external websites or services. Muffer bears no responsibility or liability for their content, practices, or privacy policies.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muffer, Devaxtrous Studios LLP, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Changes to Terms

Muffer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated clearly via email or website notifications. Continued use of services after such updates indicates acceptance of revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
